  1. The Online Photographer: Finally, I Get To Say THANK YOU

    This brought happy tears to my eyes. A nice guy moving to a bigger house, with better office space, because he works hard on a good blog.

  2. Barbican - Wall & Floor Tiles | Fired Earth

    A tile range named after the Barbican with styles named after local streets. Note: All Barbican flats must (officially) be carpeted.

  3. Barbican: A Unique Walled City Within The City | gail borthwick - (PDF)

    A dissertation (no idea what for) about the Barbican. Some good history and old plans, photos, etc.

  4. Medium’s CSS is actually pretty f***ing good. — Medium

    On creating Medium’s CSS style guide. Really good. I’d love to read more things like this. (via Tom Taylor)

    Re earlier WAF file plea:… works, but not on recent OS X. Worked on OS X 10.5.8 on a PowerBook G4.

    @mildlydiverting @tomstuart Unfortunately, requires a Mac that can run PowerPC or Rosetta or whatever the old style app is. But thanks!

    The usual post-holiday day spent doing admin and updates and fixes. Life is like a mundane small business.

    Apparently (thanks @tomstuart) these Mac Internet Explorer’s archives were WAFF (not WAFL). Still not sure how to open them though.

    @tomstuart Ahh… that might help, ta :)

    Anyone know how to extract files from an old Mac Internet Explorer WAFL archive on OS X? Google’s failing me.

    @abscond What varies means varies :)… and buried in… .
