    @genmon I’m pretty sure that years ago I lunched at 1 but ended up settling at 12.30 because it avoided the biggest rush when eating out or buying sandwiches etc. Then I stuck to 12.30 even once I stopped going out. I’m hungry by 11.45 usually but hang on. Maybe I should have elevenses…
