    Incredible. I’ve no particular love for Yahoo Groups – the site’s been a mess forever – but I’d rather not have to find a new home for the 13-year-old Pepys discussion Yahoo Group so suddenly. sounds OK… anyone used it?…

    So OF COURSE Yahoo! is going to stop allowing use of Yahoo! Groups in exactly one week, and OF COURSE Yahoo! is going to delete/wipe ALL content in ALL Yahoo! Groups in 3 months. And OF COURSE the front page says NOTHING about it.…

    Today it was announced that Yahoo! Groups is shutting down, and taking with it a piece of critical national infrastructure: the Oftel Yahoo Group which is used for managing UK phone number assignments.

    Yes, really: See Ofcom's website…

    adjusting for inflation, the average price of a 12" (£3.99) is the equivalent of £7.19 now. Considering most 12"s are about £8 that's not tooooo far out....

    However, postage has gone up by a shitload comparatively.

    i know, of course, that it's a deeply complicated area (what is green? what's environmentally friendly? what's sustainable?), but still believe wholeheartedly that there's an open goal for whoever does Vanguard LifeStrategy, but 'green'
