BBC News is showing looping, not live, footage. But only of recent violence in Trafalgar Square, nothing else from today.
@matthewward What do we want?! The kind of democratic process we already have! When do we want it?! Er...
Just remembered: today in street we saw the supervisor guy from Misfits series 2 and Mara, Shane's wife off of The Shield (not together).
I haven't been this tense about TV since we finished watching The Shield.
Time to catch up on episode 18 of The Killing in time for the final two episodes at 9pm. The excitement of watching live TV! Remember that?
@memespring Great, thanks. The website doesn’t even explain what it does, apart from “keep demonstrators safe” etc!
@memespring I’ve seen the @sukeyData map, read the website, and it looks fascinating. But I’ve still *no* idea what the map is showing me!
@claire_j_b That’s good. I’d *hope* that was the case, but sometimes it *seems* like marching is treated as the only/first thing to do.
@claire_j_b No, I mean people who went on the march.
I wonder what % of protestors have tried more dull means: joining parties, writing to representatives, attending mtgs, leafletting… #march26
@mattsheret I’m not saying the Victory is the best pub ever, but for Walton it’s quite nice.
@mattsheret The Victory is a good place to shelter from rain if OPERATION: SEASIDE needs beer.
