    @hex I have conducted a cursory review and, pending further enquiries, it appears to have been an OK year, possibly above average: shared an office with friends, had plenty of not-bad work, went to SXSW and New York, and had a holiday in Morocco. How was yours?

    @AskNationwide My iOS app won't start ("We're sorry, but we seem to be experiencing a technical problem…") and your website says my customer number and DOB aren't correct (they are). Any suggestions?
