Okay, look, I can't sleep so you all get the cranky rant: I have seen multiple people responding to my criticism of Cohost and Mastodon, and Shep's criticism of Cohost and Hive, saying that we're just "haters" who are trying to destroy alternatives to Big Tech. twitter.com/NeolithicSheep…
Incidentally how badly run is Hive? Well, I can't find a registered DMCA Agent by company name or URL or app name which makes me suspect they haven't registered one which means they are liable AS PEOPLE for any DMCA violations on the service.
