Home, showered, rehydrated. I reckon 15 mins jogging must be at least as tiring as @tomtaylor's 120 miles overnight cycling, easy.
Foolishly ran 15 minutes to make the next train. Made it, but am gushing sweat. Hope I'll still be alive when we reach London.
