This year the Museum of the City of New York is hosting a wonderful film series titled: “New York on Film: Decade by Decade”.
Via the MCNY Website – “The 12-month series explores how New York has been imagined both by Hollywood studios and a diverse range of documentary, independent, and experimental filmmakers.”
As part of the 1990’s portion of the series, Whit Stillman will be on hand to present “The Last Days of Disco” on February 8th!
The event includes a Q&A with Stillman after the film, and in this writers opinion, is a fantastic way to kick off a night in the city.
Tickets can be found here!
