• 11:33am: Straight from the gym, off on the bike to collect a special package from Horseferry Road.
• 12:29pm: Back in EC, in the world's longest burrito queue. Success dubious.
• 12:47pm: Fail. Got to front of queue before realising I left money at home. Considered swapping engagement ring for chicken burrito with chorizo...
• 12:58pm: Day salvaged: treating myself to cottage pie and bannoffee pie at Waterside Cafe.
• 02:17pm: Off to see a play at Mulberry School for Girls directed by a couple of friends of mine.
• 04:33pm: @cakemix No fail on your part: I wasn't wearing the ring I considered swapping for burrito.
